Gary Erceg founded and set up Yachtfinders-Global in 1996. Gary had realised for some time before that there was an extreme shortage of good boats in New Zealand. He was quick to realise that there was a huge gap in the market place to provide the customer with a variety of boats to choose from, with good resale value, and better value for money than those on offer in the NZ market place. As a result he secured agencies for leading boat agencies.
Gary has had over 25 years in the sales, marketing and boating industry. He has sailed extensively over this time both in New Zealand waters and overseas. He is responsible for Sales Management, overall governance and management, including management of brokers

Satia  Herlambang
CFO
Satia Herlambang as in-house Chief Financial Officer is a qualified accountant with a strong in-house financial and management background. Satia's expertise in dealing with clients and providing extra service is coupled with his in-depth marine knowledge. His responsibilities cover all accounting, pricing, documentation for all of the Yachtfinders Global Group of companies.

Debbie  Erceg
HR Manager
Debbie Erceg as HR Manager came with 30 years’ experience in the sales and marketing arena. Debbie has essential skills in human resource management and personnel areas, important for the smooth running and administration of the Yachtfinders-Global team. Her responsibilities cover human resources, sales support, event management, boat show, and coordination of after sales service.

Jenna  Garoni
Sales & Marketing Manager
Jenna Garoni as Sales & Marketing Manager, has 7 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing and Event Management. Jenna's knowledge of the marine industry and manufacturing has been a great asset to the Yachtfinders Global Group. Her background of marketing and organising boats shows worldwide is invaluable and has benefited and complimented Yachtfinders Global’s future growth. Jenna’s responsibilities include sales, client relations, communication, advertising, IT management, websites, brokerage management and event managment.
